Created a database for a nonprofit, with different prices for tables, chairs, banquet, etc. created it with 2007, and upgraded to 2016. I can't figure out how to get into the formulas to change the prices!

Solution
Are the prices stored in a table?

Or calculated using values in table that are the basis for some computation within a report or form?

Use the documentor feature to review the "code" that supports each table, query, report, and form.

Do not print the out the documentor pages at first. The results could be very lengthy if you do not configure a simpler output.

Just review the documenter output and you should be able to see any calculations in detail being used to provide output. Then scale down the documenter output to capture just what you need.
