I do not have the "Download" option, Under Application Manager

My Samsung Galaxy 5S does not show the option "Downloads" under the Application Manager, Just the Apps

When I go to Application Manager there is just a Left arrow <-- Application Manager
then under that is the first app.. Flashlight
No headers like it shows in the videos

THERE ARE NO "TABS"

Well there isn't a "Downloads" option in there, but a "Downloads" or "Downloaded" tab.

If you are referring to the main screen that lists all the apps. You would need to scroll right and/or left in that area to see the the other sections (Tabs).
