I factory rest my HP laptop,now I get nothing,,,,anyone know anything to help please...

My hp computer is 1 yr old,,,, it was slow and someone told me to reset it to factory reset,,, and now I cant get it to do anything..... please help.... it is on window 8...

Never do a reset unless you are prepared to lose your personal data and/or have no other options.

That said, what is the computer doing now exactly?
