I got a bad virus I think

So I downloaded a Cheat engine ( I know what your going to say ( yea I know bad idea ) . So I went on one of my games but it was glitching so I turned my Compaq Presario cq57 off now when I turn it on it goes to the lock screen it goes to the enter password screen . But when I enter my password it goes to a blank blue screen . Stupid idea but I really need help

Try boot time virus scans if you have another PC to make them on.
