I got my sony experia sony j wet on the shower when i put the battery it goes vibrating but it stopped after a few days and if i charge it it will vibrate again and if i remove the charger it will stop after 2 minutes but when i open it it still works but i got it lowbattery

If the phone works but won't charge properly, try a new battery. It may be damage to the charging port also.
