I have a 50" Panasonic 3d tv and I'm connecting a sony bluray/DVD player to it via HDMI, when the player boots up the Sony bluray screen comes up but then disappears, I can then do nothing with it. I've tried the player and lead on another tv (Sony) and it's working fine...help!

Do you have a second hdmi cable to try on the Panasonic with the bluray player?

Try a different HDMI input too.

Try to update firmware on the sony via the other sony tv. That could be whats glitching it.
