My phone is a Android Zte when I call someone they can't hear me but I can hear them. I tried rebooting my phone several times and the whole system, checked to see if the mute was on, turned the volume all the way up, went to my settings to see if something was on or off causing this issue not sure what else to do..please help..thanks

Sounds like your microphone may not be working. You may want to try using the devices sound recorder and see if it will record anything.
