I have a Acer Aspire V15 Nitro in which the "t" and "e" key no longer work. But neither does external keyboard

I bought the V15 Aspire Nitro in September 2015. By November 2016 the "e" and "t" keys on the Aspire keyboard no longer worked. So InDecember I got a n external Logitech keybaord. But in the past few weeks the Logitech is showing problems:
1)Backspace and left mouse key only work once;
2)Any double letters require a wait of 1-2 seconds for the second leter to appear. Bad news for speed typing.
So do I have to get new drivers and which ones for my V15 Aspire to work with an external keyboard?

So the internal KB has a button jammed down causing the external keyboard to play up.

But a new internal KB and replace it ... they are cheap on the internet.
