I have a 13 inch Clear Tunes TV I need the the remote code for the universal GE remote it's A4 digit code

If you don't see it listed in the codes preprogrammed into the remote then you are probably out of luck. Some remotes have a tiresome procedure to go through every TV code by trial to see if one works. Check the instructions for your particular GE remote.
