I have a Haier 32inch LED TV. It is not showing picture only giving sound. What's the reason for this and how much repairing cost will it take.

It may not be worth repairing. Most tvs are not.

What i would suggest you do to rule a few things out -

Try difference HMDI/Input leads
Try different input methods (pc/dvd player/etc)
See if you can get the tv's built in menu to come up

if the screen is dead like Sir Peter Martin said you'd be better off replacing the unit.
