I have a pair of 901 V speakers without the Equalizer. I have found a 901 IV equalizer for sale on EBAY, would the IV series EQ work with the V series?

It may not be a perfect match but it will certainly be better than not using any EQ at all.

If it is not a perfect match you could get a graphic equalizer and this would allow you to tailor it exactly.

I have a series vi system and was told there is compatability between series I and ii, iii and iv, and v and vi. A better match for you would be a v or vi. Unknown what problems, if any, mixing a iv with a v. Call Bose directly at 1-800-380-4831. Their customer service is top notch and can answer all your questions.
