I have a RCA Flat screen and Toshiba DVD player and surround sound box and the cable with red, yellow,& white plug ins on both ends, and a antenna in the window to receive local channels. Don't know if I got the cables hooked up right. Can't get any channels like we were before we tried switching out DVD players,. So when I hooked the Toshiba DVD player back up I am not getting any channels after multiple tries of channel searches. Please help if you can.

The DVD and surround sound don't have any direct affect on whether the TV picks up any channels.
I would suggest checking the antenna, the cable going from it to the TV, and the F input on the TV.
Make sure you selected ova rather than cable on the TV before scanning.
