Well if it is under warranty still, I would contact the manufacturer about having them repair it, which will probably require a battery replacement.

If it isn't under warranty any longer, then you can look into replacing the battery yourself, or taking it somewhere to have it done for you. Granted, replacing the batteries on tablets is a tad more complicated than it should be, but it can be done. There are tons of videos online to walk one through it.
