Solved! I have a Samsung LN32D405E 32inch LCD TV.

I have a Samsung LN32D405E 32 inch LCD TV. It doesn't have audio out jacks, only audio in, and only HDMI in, no out. I would like to connect a bluetooth transmitter to the TV to use bluetooth headphones. It doesn't look like that's possible with this TV. Am I right?

Optical out to BT transmitter with optical in. Lacking even an Optical out, maybe able to use a HDMI splitter IF (big IF) TV HDMI is ARC (consult manual) capable.

It is possible but not without going into the TV. You would connect a speaker to line level converter to the wires that connect the internal TV speakers. That will give you an audio connection for a bluetooth transmitter.
