Solved! I have a Samsung tab 4 bought new battery and new charging port and tried all the holding down power and/or volume and nothing

Tried everything even bought new components and replaced. What else is there.

There are lots of things inside that could be the problem. It could also be the charger cord. I suggest having the tablet looked at.

If it is under warranty, then contact the manufacturer. If it isn't under warranty you can try a local tech.
