Hi Amani_2,

Phones usually doesn't recognize SD cards when the SD card is dusty or your SD card slot is bent.You can still unbend the card slot but its best to check it with the manufacturers technician to check. If the SD Card is working with the different phones it may be the phone SD Card slot that has issues.
