I have a Sony VAIO laptop model PCG-7V1P and I wonder if I can upgrade it with SSD. Any clue?

I am looking for a 250GB SSD for my Sony VAIO PCG-7V1P. There is no problem to use Windows 7 as an operating system if necessary for better performance. Thank you very much for any suggestion on this regard.

OFC you should be able to, you can upgrade any laptop that uses a standard HDD with an SSD one..

Thank you. Another questions is whether it has a SATA connector 1, 2 or 3 what will command the type of SSD I would be able to install.
