File recovery is not a 100% successful process. Did you have it done at a data recovery center, or did you use third-party software yourself?

Hi there salamunops,

In case the files are corrupted, I guess there is nothing you can do.
One thing you can try is to recover the files from the drive once(or more times) again with a different recovery tool.
