I have an acer aspire 5517 3GB. I have noticed that my videos and music is played choppy.

My videos and music are played slow choppy both on browser and off. I recently had it fixed. I had stopped using it for about 3 years because the screen was cracked. I finally fixed it. The guy claimed to also do a "tune-up" on it? I'm not sure if that has anything to die with it?

Current video encoding is going to be choppy on that computer....
