The laptop is good but I can't seem to run games they all have horrible fps and I've tried lowering setting and changing windows apperarence and what not nothing seems to work and I cant. Run games over 60fps..... On the other hand my desktop has a 1050ti with an i5 2nd gen and it runs everything I play with 60+ fps on medium high. And ideas as to what I'm supposed to do plz help ❤

More than likely, your running it of battery. The power hungry dedicated gpu would suck your battery dry if you ran it on high settings, thats why the laptop limits its power and you get bad fps. Your desktop on the other hand, is plugged in and can take in as much energy as it needs. If you plug in your laptop and then play a game, Im sure you will see an fps improvement (if thats doesnt work it might be thermal throttling, which is something you can fix by getting a laptop cooling pad.)
