I have HP ProBook 6545b. Battery charging question

I have HP Probook 6545b. Does anyone know how I can set the power management to only start charging the battery at 98%? Is there a software i can to download?

unfortunately few laptop companies have this feature

I went to the product page on hp and you can try downloading these software specific to your computer that are related to battery management to see if it works

I am currently looking at a windows 8.1 I do not know if this applies to win 7. I cannot get to my win 7 right now...

Right Click power bar
More Power options
Change plan settings
change advanced power settings
Scroll down to battery - you can adjust battery percentages - this might work with low batt percentage and low batt actions.
