I have Samsung laptop and screen is side ways cannot rotate at all pressed ctrl and alt and arrow key gone into settings gone into factory set up and nothing works please help

Some PC's don't recognize ctrl+alt+arrow.. Press right button, then screen resolution and make sure it's in landscape and not portrait.
