I have the problem with a new pc where I get a loud speaker pop when any electrical device it switched on or off. It even get

Sounds like you need a good AC surge suppressor noise filter for the PC. If you have problems with other devices in the house (TV etc) then an electrician can wire one into your electrical panel.
