I have to turn on my laptop twice

Hi my laptop was fixed 3 days ago and i found a new problem i think is something simple but is annoying, well te issue is that when i turn on my hp paviliondv4 for first time after turning off it starts with the hp logo then the windows logo but it suddenly shutdown then i press the power button again and it starts normaly but last to much to completely start
help please

take it back to where you got it fixed if it wasn't doing that before.
