Solved! I have Toshiba Portege R930

I have Toshiba Portege R930. it shows fully charged, it also turns on on direct power supply but as soon as i remove the power supply wire, it turns off automatically like there is no batteru installed, I dont know why, but i am exhausted from this. has Any one knowledge about that?

The battery could be bad or their could be a problem with the interface electronics connecting the battery to the motherboard-. Most manufacturers have diagnostic software for their machine. Check the Toshiba web site and see if you can download something. It likely would include a battery diagnostic.
