I used a 2way 3 RCA cord ,TV is a Daewoo DT-28A8 S ,and the blu ray a philips HTS7500.

If I have correctly identified the applicable TV and Blu-ray player manuals - it appears that you are not using the correct cable.

The Blu-ray output is COMPONENT VIDEO and the TV is expecting COMPOSITE ("yellow plug")

The TV is shown as having SCART sockets so an adapter like this may help:

Check my research and go from there. Decide what cables/adapter combinations are viable for you.

The Bu-ray appears to have an HDMI out but I do not see a corresponding HDMI on the Daewoo. HDMI is probably out sans some other converter/adapter.
