I just had oame problem with samsung led 32inch J4300 smart tv. Internal crack while watching. No phsical damage on screen and. There is no cracking on screen but technician told that physical damage is happend n samsung will does not privide warranty service.just I want advice for solve this kind of problem.my contact no is 9579151485
