1) You've posted this in Laptop Tech Support. The forum has a perfectly good Cell Phones section.
2) If you had gone to the cell phones section, you would see "Lost or stolen phone help" at the top of the forum: http

3) It's pretty strange to think that a bunch of strangers can find your phone with no more information than the day you lost it.
