I messed up my laptop bad...

I have a Dell laptop that's has an and graphics card a8 quad core and that's all I know... I factory reset it bit it took forever so at 19 percent I turned it off now when I turn it on I get the Dell then it says under Dell preparing automatic repair and after an hour it goes to a light grey solid grey like screen and will stay there for days. I've never tried more than a week cause electric Bill but I think I'm screwed. It only gives me (after ctrl+alt+delt) f2 which says setup and f12 that says boot options I've tried them all and have no disc so could you help me at all?

you can call dell, give them the serial number and order recovery disks. that would be the easiest method.

Cool but I'm not sure that will work I'm under 18 yrs and I was given the comp by my grandmother who got it off a commercial. Also it ran on a 32 bit and Windows 8/8.1

it will work. i do computer repairs for a living. dell has every recovery disk for all their models, regardless of how you got it or whats on it.
