Hello I have sansui led model no.sjx40fb21caf.
My home theatre is Philips model no. Spa3800b/94.
My led is not connected via 3.5mm jack.
Can anyone plz help me out

Most likely the TV has a coax or optical digital audio output,
The speakers only have a Aux stereo input so you will need a
digital to analog converter to connected them.

Make sure the TV will output in PCM (check the manual or the TV menu to set it to do that,)
You will not get digital surround sound. You may get analog surround sound if the speakers have a mode for that on the remote.
