VirtualBox would probably work.

What are the specs of the host system? You'll need plenty of RAM.

Ten virtual machines running Android would put a great load on your host PC. "Saving changes" depends a lot of what Android emulator you're using, and how you shut it down.

I have Intel i3 6100 and 8GB Ram with GTX650

The host OS and 10 x simultaneous VM's will not work with 8GB RAM.
