I need help piecing together a hp screen and dell keyboard.

I don't know how I got to this but I ended with a hp full laptop screen and the whole bottom part of a Dell laptop. Their wires that connect to the screen are different. What would be the easiest route? Could I splice the wires? Or what???? I was trying to fix my hp laptops bottom part and the Dell screen had broke so I decided to try to put the two together.

Doubtful there is any pin compatibility between a Dell laptop and the HP screen.
