Hi! my laptop accer can't start window any time I turn it on the fan blows with loud noise and all the signal light blink definitely the laptop goes off a once. what is the cause and solution to that problem? I need a help please

Hmm how about opening the laptop and using a fan/blower clean the CPU heatsinks and dust, maybe its too warm when it starts up or the CPU fan does not work thus as fallback it auto shutdown, also please try to remove the batter plus the AC and see if it works or not, and visa versa plug only the battery next time
