i got toshiba core i7 satellite c-55 , windows 10 is originally downloaded on it .. and face sign in is disappeared even fingerprint ! how to solve this ? thanks

Hi,

If I understand the problem with your PC, it won't let you sign in, right? Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it will still not let you login, try loading the laptop into Safe Mode.
- Here are some way on how to load into Safe Mode if it's not loading.

- If Safe Mode will still not work, then the last option would be to reinstall Windows 10 using your factory reset disc.
- If you don't have one you can order from Toshiba's support site.

Need more details, what happened before your logon option stopped working? Why can't you just use the password? You said Windows 10 was "originally installed", did you change the operating system?
