Need help I pushed off my apps to a properly format 32 sd card but if I take out the card (unmount first) and put it back on it will not reload.....?

Once you have nominiated an SdCard to be Internal Storage and move some Apps to the card, it has to remain. It has become an integral part of the device.

I'm not sure whether you need to go back to factory settings or you might get away with formating the card and moving Apps and data on to it. Try the second option first.
