I really need the model number for the remote control for the RTS7010B soundbar.

I am unable to find anywhere on the web and I must have the model number of the remote to have it replaced by my protection plan. Contacting RCA has been a complete nightmare. My universal remotes will not work for this model thank you

Thank you but I already tried there. The phone number is only a recording to tell you other options, which I have tried them all, and I have sent emails but have never received a reply. Hoping someone has a system and can give me a model number as I have found out that with this one all remotes have same numbers
