I resolved my chrome problem by opening incognito window. ooooh it worked. But what is this incognito window. Is ther any potential hazard to my system? plz xplain , anyone.

All the Incognito Window does is keep the browser from logging your browsing history. It has all the same safeguards as the regular mode. I suspect it's main purpose for existence is because too many guys were getting caught surfing porn by their wives, girlfriends, mothers, etc., because they didn't cover their tracks well enough.
