My Avira scan is recognizing user32.DLL as a suspicious file. After the first scan i let Avira move the file to quarantine and after the restart i would get a quick flash of a bluescreen and the PC would restart repeating the boot sequence, blue flash and restart. It is only when i ran a repair and restore point did everything go back to normal. Avira is still recognizing user32.DLL as a suspicious file but i set it to ignore so i dont get the same problem. Im afraid the file is infected but it is essential to the system so i dont know what to do.

i ran Malwarebytes and it found nothing.
That being said, i dont know if malwarebytes qualifies since its not technically an anti-virus.
I might try bitdefender.
