I tried everything but my Asus N73J series Still not work I have Windows 7 and i cant use Youtube with or without headset

I tried everything to solve this problem but I still have no sound with or without Headphones I am running on Windows 7 (Because I wanted 7 and not 8 or 10) But everytime i want to watch Youtube or Listen Spotify it won't work with sound Except for my Minecraft

So you get no sound at all on the computer? Or no sound when visiting those specific places?
