I use Lenovo thinkpad IBM laptop. But recently the screen has been freezing but the everything will be working only the scree

Might be a software conflict.
1) If you have a lot of stuff running in the background when you start up, see if you can disable as much as possible and run those only on an as-need basis.
2) Next, run CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both.
