I want to connect an old CRT green monitor to my laptop with a broken screen. Got an USB-RCA cable and monitor got cvbs/audio in as well as TTL RGB round and long din ports.

How do you connect these two? The laptop does not want to connect to a TV with RCA color coded ports.

You could probably find a cheap old vga monitor for less than any adapters you would need.

It depends on what connections are available on the notebook; I'm only guessing the laptop has a VGA port available.

You can't use the USB-RCA adapter for what you are trying to do. Laptops do not output video through USB. The cable you have is designed to do the opposite: view images and videos on your computer from a TV or camcorder.
