Why I need wifi

You will have to get the password from whoever owns the "NETGEAR71" WIFI source. If you own it, then connect to the router via a wired connection and the router will list what the password is. If you can't login to the router, via wired connection, then you will have to factory reset the router and reconfigure the WIFI and ISP parameters.

If the WiFi is password protected, you'll need to contact the person that set up or owns the router and established that WiFi connection.

If it's your WiFi and it's password protected, you'll need to contact your Internet Service Provider in order to walk you through for a password reset or how to access that password.
