How do I find out what’s on my SIM card for a ZTE

You use the file manager app in the phone to view the files. If there isn't a file manager app on your device you can download one.

Also, you can connect the phone to a computer via USB cord and then open the SD card (while still in the phone) in a folder on the computer to see the files.
