I was doing a reset on my grandmas laptop it's a Toshiba satellite D50C unfortunately my kids turned off the PowerPoint now it's just saying diagnosing your PC and preparing automatic repair that's it over and over again please help

Hi,

I would suggest doing a Factory reset using your Toshiba Factory Reset disc. If you don't have one, you can order a factory reset disc from Toshiba.

Do also try doing another Factory Reset using the built in factory image using this method from this link below.
