i3-2370M to i7-2670QM

I am planing to change CPU i3-2370M to i7-2670QM to my acer V3-571G (Olympic edition) with GT630m. every thing looks good and match up perfectly but the main problem is bios will it work with this i7 processor, Bios Version is Acer v1.7 5/11/2012

It should, you should be worried about the TDP and if the hardware supports it though.

That ^ is a something you need to watch out for. Most laptops are designed for a certain amount of heat dissipation, if you have a CPU in there that the system was not designed for, you could overheat things and stress the components to shorten life or simply kill it. A good way to gauge things is to look for the top CPU Acer offers with that model and go with that as an upgrade.
