i3 8gb RAM vs i5 4gb RAM for gaming

I am a moderate gamer and play assassin's creed, farcry, COD and CS:GO along with applications like photoshop and vmware occasionally . So which would be a better choice i3 8gb RAM or i5 4gb RAM under budget of INR 45k ?

If that's the case,then I'd probably go for the i5/4GB RAM laptop,since you can upgrade that 4GB to 8GB any time(assuming that the laptop can support 8GB of RAM).
