i3 with gt740m vs i5 with gt645m, which would be better?

Hi, I want to buy Lenovo Z500 laptop, and I have to choose one from these 2:

1. has Intel Core i3 2348M (2,3 GHz) and NVIDIA GeForce GT740M
2. Intel Core i5 3230M (2,6 GHz) and NVIDIA GeForce GT645M

What do you think, which one would be better?
(I want to use it for school and games)

yup....the i5 is better and the GPU's are only marginally different
