Solved! I3 with vs without graphics card

Hello, I am planning to get a basic I3 (sandy bridge) laptop with built in GPU. Will a Radeon or Nvidia chipset really make much difference or not ? i am planning to use the machine for mostly basic stuff - music, photos, surfing, and perhaps some CAD and video editing - probably not too much gaming...
