Is the performance difference worth $400?

On a Dell XPS they want that much, and I'm just not sure if it's worth it.

Have a look at the CPU link in my signature for a comparison between the two.

Save for the 2MB of cache and additional clock speed, there really isn't much of a difference that warrants $400 more, at least in my opinion.
