A Blu-Ray drive is usually a $100 - $125 option.
I would guess a cheap I7 mobile CPU costs around $375.
You can buy them each separately for $500. Now you just need to buy a laptop to install them into.

That's what I did for both my laptops. Bought a PATA sony Blu-ray Rom/DVD writer for $100 for first laptop. For 2nd laptop I need the Sata drive and everywhere I checked in the states it was approx $200 (about a year ago). Ended up ordinging it from a site in Taiwan - They sent it airmail and recieved within a wk.
Just make sure the Drive in the laptop can be removed, normally just one screw (some are not user replaceable and you may need to switch the face plate. Had to modify the faceplate on one.
